As you swing open the door, a jingle announces your arrival, and your senses are embraced by the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee, savory breakfast sandwiches, and mouthwatering caramel rolls. You’ve stepped into Bully Brew Coffee Hallock, and there behind the counter, stands the ever-cheerful Jorja, wearing a welcoming smile. 

Jorja’s journey with Bully Brew Coffee has spanned nearly three years. Her adventure began as the manager of the Columbia Road location in Grand Forks, ND. Since then, she has moved on to a new chapter, taking the reins as the manager of the shop in Hallock, MN. 

Why should you come to Bully Brew Coffee in Hallock? Jorja’s team brews every cup and crafts each sandwich (or other food item) with love. She guarantees you can even taste it [author’s note: I agree with this statement]. Jorja’s true joy lies in connecting with customers in her shop and getting to share her coffee wisdom with those new to the coffee world. Don’t be surprised if you overhear her explaining the difference between cold brew and regular coffee or checking in on her regulars’ weekend plans or grandkids.

Beyond the coffee shop, Jorja shares her life with two canine companions, Aldi and Mia, and a feline friend named Maverick! When she’s not at the coffee shop or at home hanging out with her pets, you might find her coaching the cheer team! Jorja’s own cheerleading journey spans a decade, including two years at the University of North Dakota. She has been coaching for three years now! You’ll also find her involved in various community events and committees, oh, and she’s forklift-certified!

Jorja is an incredible asset to our Bully Brew Crew. Her enthusiasm for learning and her willingness to step out of her comfort zone set her apart. Jorja has done some pretty cool things, such as taking the stage at Coffee Fest, a huge event in the coffee world, alongside the COO of Bully Brew Coffee. Together, they talked about how to be an effective leader and promote a positive team culture. How cool is that?
