October is quickly coming to a close, which means Halloween is just around the corner. The entire neighborhood is decorated with menacing ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, vampires, skeletons, and other spooky-scary monsters, filling the air with a feeling of enchantment and mystique. 

Just a few weeks ago, the candy aisle at the grocery store was a candy lover’s paradise but is beginning to look as if it had been ransacked. The empty shelves are now a stage for the bags of candy that no one really likes. Shoved into the back corner of the shelf is one large bag of chocolate candy bars. Jackpot. You’ve quickly turned into the house that everyone will be excited to visit on Halloween night. 

All of the Halloween prep is hard work! You have to decorate your house, stock up on candy, and figure out what the kids want to wear for Halloween costumes. If you’re lucky, you may even have time to come up with a costume for yourself. For those who are passionate about Halloween, you may have some Halloween get-together planning on your to-do list.
